After years of delays, it looks like ABC No Rio‘s popular graffiti-clad art house will finally be getting its ultra-green makeover. Almost five years ago, news of the artist cooperative building’s demise was met with a flurry of controversy, but that soon died down as progress on the project stalled. Recently, however, Bowery Boogie published a new rendering of what the building could soon look like, showing one very impressive, ultra-efficient passive house design.
