Architecture for Humanity and Design Like You Give a Damn invite you to hear about innovative humanitarian designs directly from designers and architects themselves at their Design Open Mic on Saturday, October 11th. The PechaKucha-powered discussion will be presented in a high-energy, rapid-fire format and will be open to questions and suggestions from the audience. The Design Open Mic will take place from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., and the agenda will be broken down into six areas – materials and sustainability, health and education, disaster recovery, political discourse, community engagement, and building fabric. See the full schedule here.
