CodeGreen Solutions Helps 1251 Avenue of the Americas Earn LEED-EB Silver Certification

One of the tallest buildings in New York City has earned LEED-EB Silver thanks to the help of LEED consultants CodeGreen Solutions. Located in the heart of Midtown at the edge of Rockefeller Center, the 54-story International Style office tower’s commitment to sustainability and implementation of green measures led to a successful reduction in its carbon footprint. Owned by Mitsui Fudosan America, the multi-tenant office tower is managed by the international real estate firm Hines.
