Exciting news for beelovers – Brooklyn Grange and Rockaway eatery Rippers are joining forces to throw the third annual NYC Honey Fest on September 7th! This super-sweet event is a celebration of urban beekeepers and bees from all around the city. Visitors will be able to enjoy art, food, film screenings, and even beekeeping demos and workshops for budding honey harvesting enthusiasts. The family-friendly event will also feature face painting, costume-making, a raffle and plenty of homemade goods and locally-brewed honey beer – so don’t miss out!
