2.3 million photovoltaic panels blanket the ground at the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park near Dubai. But that large solar farm is about to get even bigger with a 700 megawatt (MW) extension. Part of the addition is a solar tower that towers 853 feet into the air.
